Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Coles Technical Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Website Purpose
This website provides general information about Coles Technical Group, our services, and our plans, and lets prospective and existing clients reach us, schedule a Introductory Call, or submit a Support Request. Content on this site is for general informational purposes and isn’t a binding offer to provide services.
Client Services and Agreements
Using this website doesn’t create a client relationship with Coles Technical Group. We provide technology services only after Coles Technical Group and the client sign an appropriate written agreement. Descriptions of our plans, pricing, response targets, and features on this site are general and subject to change. The actual scope, pricing, responsibilities, service levels, and other terms of an engagement are governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Service Order, Statement of Work, or other signed agreement. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Introductory Calls and Support Requests
Submitting a Introductory Call request, contact form, or Support Request doesn’t obligate Coles Technical Group to provide services or accept an engagement. We evaluate each request based on scope, availability, technical requirements, and other business factors. Support forms are a convenient way for authorized clients to request assistance, but submitting one doesn’t guarantee an immediate response or create an emergency or 24-hour support obligation. Response times, availability, and included capacity are governed by your executed agreement with Coles Technical Group.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website to violate the law, attempt unauthorized access to Coles Technical Group or third-party systems, interfere with the site’s operation or security, transmit malicious code, submit fraudulent or misleading requests, impersonate another person or organization, or otherwise access information you’re not authorized to have. We may restrict or block access whenever it’s reasonably necessary to protect the site, Coles Technical Group, our clients, or others.
No Professional or Compliance Advice
General information on this website isn’t legal, accounting, insurance, regulatory, or compliance advice. Technology recommendations depend on each organization’s specific circumstances and should be evaluated as part of an actual client engagement.
Third-Party Services and Links
This site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, apps, or services. Coles Technical Group doesn’t control and isn’t responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices, and a link or reference doesn’t imply endorsement.
Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the Coles Technical Group name, logo, branding, graphics, written content, and other original materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Coles Technical Group LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without our prior authorization, except as permitted by law.
Website Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website at any time, and we don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the content will always be complete, current, accurate, or free from errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coles Technical Group LLC won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here modifies or replaces any limitation of liability in a signed client agreement.
Privacy
Information collected through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted here. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes relating solely to use of this website are subject to applicable state and federal law and jurisdiction. Disputes arising from contracted services remain governed by the applicable client agreement.
